UX design and digital marketing still hire, but teams have consolidated and automation covers more of the routine work. Both reward people who can measure impact rather than only produce output.

Global outlooks are a starting point. Search current local vacancies for the job title, count how many are open to graduates, and note what they ask for. That single exercise is more informative than any forecast.
